A fixed-price service plan is available on all new Volkswagen models until 31st December 2011. This affordable solution manages servicing costs for up to three years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes first).

The following is included in the service plan*:

12 months/10,000 miles - Oil change service
24 months/20,000 miles - Interval service (including oil change)
36 months/30,000 miles - Inspection service (including oil change) and brake fluid change

*Based on typical servicing requirements for a vehicle covering 10,000 miles per annum. Vehicles which exceed the 30,000 mileage before 3 years may not benefit from all of the service elements listed

Benefits

Trained Volkswagen Technicians carry out the services using Volkswagen Original Parts and equipment
All servicing is based on Volkswagen’s recommended service schedule, providing a fully stamped service book that will help customers resell the vehicle
The service package is fully transferable with the car to subsequent owners, providing it has not reached the 20,000-mile limit, the two-year period has not passed, or the two services have not already been carried out Free MOT tests* provided by the Retailer for the life of the plan

*Pre-MOT test inspections in Northern Ireland

Qualifying criteria

Two years/20,000 miles servicing (whichever comes first)
Retail customers only
Approved Used Volkswagens with UK specification only
Valid for all Volkswagen models
Based on Volkswagen’s recommended service schedule
For cars set to the Time and Distance service regime
Valid on cars from 90 days old, to 10 years old (at the end of the plan)
Free MOT tests* provided by the Retailer for the life of the plan

*Pre-MOT test inspections in Northern Ireland.

Maximum servicing included in the service plan

One oil change at 10,000 miles or 12 months
One inspection service at 20,000 miles or 24 months
One dust and pollen filter change at 24 months
One spark plug change (if required)*
One fuel filter change (if required)*
One air filter change (if required)*

* As determined by the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.

All services must be taken within two years or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first). Any servicing costs incurred after this cut-off point are payable by the customer. Every customer welcome letter will specify the end-date and mileage for each individual plan.
